Work includes work area layout and fabrication of main drug store area, cash counters, pharmacy fixtures, metal and glass works and showcase furniture’s. Electrical, Plumbing and Painting Works are also included. Date Started May 1, 2003 – Date Completed July 5, 2003. |

REHABILITATION WORKS OF WESTIN PHILIPPINE PLAZA
- A project under Shinryo Philippines Company. Hotel located at CCP Complex, Pasay City. Job requires construction of temporary facilities, fabrication shop, security fence and storage warehouse for the hotel rehabilitation program. Work includes piping works of External Fire Protection including hydrant. Renovation works of Business Center, Davao Ballroom and Siete Pecados Bar and provide protection on walls and floor finishes on existing bedrooms, foyer, hallways for 210 rooms and 6 floors. Mechanical works, replace existing Fan Coil Units including piping works. Completed November 2002.

REHABILITATION OF 5-STOREY BUILDING - Gatchalian Realty Inc., building located at Redemptorist Road, Baclaran, Parañaque City. The 5-storey building requires rehabilitation because of a fire incident. Job requires assessment of beams and checking of other structural column and slab that got caught in the fire. Rehabilitation works require replacement of masonry wall, replacement of structural framing and new roofing. Total repainting works. Design and layout of new office per floor. Completed December 1999. |

Job requires total rehabilitation of electrical, mechanical, and architectural works including layout of various offices per floor. Installation of flood gate for flooding basement. AND ADMINISTRATION FACILITY - A 3,000 sq.m. Warehouse and 1,000 sq.m. Administration building located at Sto. Niño Parañaque. Leased by Diversey-Lever Philippines. Work includes office and warehouse planning, network distribution of goods, training center and laboratory. Composed of a concrete columns and CHB wall partition with insulated roofing system. A 2-storey office building complete with office low partition, marble flooring, centralized air-conditioning system, fire protection system, laboratory, training rooms and executive offices. Completed in 12 months, last 1998. |

5-STOREY BUILDING WITH STORAGE WAREHOUSE - Completed December 1998, Building located at Araneta Avenue, Quezon City. Building with its penthouse used as residential facility. Offices and storage room on the lower floors. Installed two elevators to transport humans and trucking parts. At the back of the building lies a 1,500 sq.m. covered roof warehouse for truck parking and showroom. |
